P3 faculty team deliver high-throughput images of plant architecture in field conditions
October 17, 2019
A team of researchers, including P3 co-PI Pat Schnable and P3 faculty Lie Tang and Maria Salas-Fernandez, have published new research in Field Crops Research describing a new image processing method. They detail how this new method can be used link plant architectural traits to genomic regions or chromosomal regions via association mapping.
