The Emerging Leaders Academy is a cohort of 20 graduate students and postdocs at ISU. The 2021 cohort will start in the fall semester, and meets one day each month to go over a diverse set of topics that covers  leadership research, ethics, collaboration, diversity, and communication. In addition to this students have a mentoring opportunity with current Iowa State leaders.

Matt says, "I am looking forward to this as I am close to finishing up as a graduate student and think it will be a great learning opportunity that  goes outside of my standard graduate student training."
